This is an illustrative workflow using the existing shared tools in Trade PA. You supply the findings and prices; Eve helps with the admin.
The customer wants new outlets before a room is decorated. The route, finish and existing installation need checking before the scope is final. Save the customer, property and reported work in the job record.
Record what you have checked before you commit to the work:
Write down what is included in the installation and who handles making good. Record extra outlets as an agreed change before adding them to the invoice. Review the draft, send it when ready and add the agreed visit to your diary.
Keep your completed-work notes and document references with the job. Follow up any separately quoted remedial work.
YOUR TURN. GIVE EVE A JOB.
Start with a customer enquiry. See Eve’s reply, edit it and try approving it.
No sign-up. No microphone. Nothing is sent to a real customer.
Guided example using fictional customers. Nothing is sent, booked, purchased or saved to a real account. These are the app’s real screens, using a separate example workspace.
Start with the core app. Call answering must be purchased and set up separately.
More work in your day
Keep the details that change the scope, the visit and the final bill.
Keep outlet locations, cable routes and making-good responsibilities in the quote. Add extra points only after agreeing the change.
Use your inspection findings to draft an itemised remedial quote. Keep the inspection charge and proposed remedial work distinct.
Retain circuit notes and document references with the job so the next visit starts with the work already recorded.
No. You carry out the inspection and testing and provide the results. Trade PA helps with job admin and paperwork; it does not verify an installation or confer certification.
No. It is the same Trade PA app, with examples showing how the shared tools fit this trade. Use your own scope, prices and job details to make it fit the way you work.
Create a test customer and a draft for “additional sockets in a home office”. Add your own scope and prices, check the wording, then explore the appointment and invoice tools. You can review the draft without sending it.
