This is an illustrative workflow using the existing shared tools in Trade PA. You supply the findings and prices; Eve helps with the admin.
The customer has chosen a replacement tap. You still need to confirm the fittings, isolation and access before promising a fixed scope. Save the customer, property and reported work in the job record.
Record what you have checked before you commit to the work:
Separate the agreed tap replacement from any additional pipework discovered on arrival. Use your own parts and labour prices in the quote. Review the draft, send it when ready and add the agreed visit to your diary.
Record what you fitted and any unresolved work in the job notes. Set a reminder to follow up rather than relying on the next customer message.

Start with the core app. Call answering must be purchased and set up separately.
More work in your day
Keep the details that change the scope, the visit and the final bill.
Keep the reported leak, property access and visit time together. After inspection, turn your repair scope and parts prices into a quote.
Record the tap or sanitaryware reference and who supplies it. Make disposal and altered connections explicit before the customer agrees.
Use the previous job notes to find what was fitted. Book the return visit and keep new work separate from the original invoice.
Use a photo to support your notes, then confirm the scope and supply your prices. The current quoting workflow does not replace a site assessment or calculate a dependable price from an image.
No. It is the same Trade PA app, with examples showing how the shared tools fit this trade. Use your own scope, prices and job details to make it fit the way you work.
Create a test customer and a draft for “replace a leaking kitchen tap”. Add your own scope and prices, check the wording, then explore the appointment and invoice tools. You can review the draft without sending it.
