This is an illustrative workflow using the existing shared tools in Trade PA. You supply the findings and prices; Eve helps with the admin.
A customer reports water in the loft. Your inspection needs to establish the repair area, safe access and what cannot be confirmed until work starts. Save the customer, property and reported work in the job record.
Record what you have checked before you commit to the work:
Break the quote into the repair, access and disposal you have priced. Record any newly exposed damage and agree additional work before proceeding. Review the draft, send it when ready and add the agreed visit to your diary.
Save the completed-work notes and the scope actually carried out. Draft the invoice and a payment reminder when it is due.
YOUR TURN. GIVE EVE A JOB.
Start with a customer enquiry. See Eve’s reply, edit it and try approving it.
No sign-up. No microphone. Nothing is sent to a real customer.
Guided example using fictional customers. Nothing is sent, booked, purchased or saved to a real account. These are the app’s real screens, using a separate example workspace.
Start with the core app. Call answering must be purchased and set up separately.
More work in your day
Keep the details that change the scope, the visit and the final bill.
Record where and when the customer sees water, then arrange a survey. Use your findings to define the repair area before quoting.
Keep tile or slate choices, access arrangements and waste removal in the scope. Book the agreed work in the diary.
Record newly exposed timber or other damage in the job notes. Prepare a separate quote for the extra work and agree it before proceeding.
These pages describe user-priced quotes. You still inspect the roof, confirm measurements, choose the repair method and provide costs. Automatic roof takeoff and structural assessment are not included.
No. It is the same Trade PA app, with examples showing how the shared tools fit this trade. Use your own scope, prices and job details to make it fit the way you work.
Create a test customer and a draft for “repair slipped tiles and a leaking valley”. Add your own scope and prices, check the wording, then explore the appointment and invoice tools. You can review the draft without sending it.
